New York Fashion week is just as you imagine it to be, fast paced, full of energy, and loads of inspiration from both catwalks and street style! It was definitely an awakening trip, as I haven’t been able to attend the past two seasons due to my pregnancy and having my babygirl in Barcelona. We came back from Barcelona last Tuesday night and took the train to New York City, and in the past two weeks I have been to Ibiza, Barcelona, DC and New York City! And arriving to NYC after all these calm cities, and just going right into Fashion Week shows, and events was amazingly refreshing. To make it even more special Jeff and Shirel came with me, so it was a fun family trip, and Shirel’s first time in the Big Apple, which made this trip extra special. At the same time I had to pack differently this time, so I packed less for myself and more for her, and the garments I picked were very basic yet chic enough for the shows and events I attended. Here is one of the looks I wore to attend the shows, and it sets a tone for the look I will be wearing most of the time this fall, basic/casual with a little chic to it.
