I can’t believe how time flies, I woke up this morning and realized it’s the end of May and I’m 21 weeks, which means (amongst many other things) that in a few days I turn a year older (31), and this year (age) will be forever magical in my heart, with our little one on the way:) But it also means that I have ALL summer ahead of me as a pregnant lady, in other words, HEAT, HUMIDITY, water retention, swollen ankles, you know the usual (help), so I am walking as much as I can, drinking loads of water, eating tons of fruits, and trying to refrain from salty foods (though that one is very challenging)! Es increible como vuela el tiempo, esta mañana me desperte y me di cuenta de que ya estamos a finales de Mayo, ya estoy en mi semana 21, y en unos días cumplo mis 31 añitos! Este año (edad) marca una nueva etapa en nuestra vida (mi marido y yo), porque a principios de otoño llegara nuestro peque! Pero a la vez eso quiere decir que tengo todo el verano adelante, como mujer (super) embarazada, CALOR, HUMEDAD, retencion de liquido, ya sabeis lo tipico del embarazo, asi que camino un monton, bebo litros de agua, como frutas… Y otra manera de luchar contra esta calor, invertir en ropa fresca y comoda para el veranito, como este vestidito de Asos🙂
