Fear not, for I haven’t forgotten about my dear blog;) But I finally took a few days off and flew out to LA with the hubby, where we started our mini road trip, LA to San Diego, to Vegas, and back to LA! Growing up in Europe, I always romanticized the idea of taking a US road trip in a classic vintage American top down car (the things you dream of as a little girl;)… Especially after watching movies like Thelma and Louise, with the hopes of ideally finding a Brad Pitt look-alike at some point of the road trip, (though slightly different, this one included my hubby, which I like to think of my very own version of an Asian Brad Pitt;). So like I said first stop was LA, and we stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel in West Hollywood, Petit Ermitage a hidden treasure with a beautiful rooftop, subtle scented jasmine candles, and the most amazing views of Hollywood Hills. You guessed it right, I am in LOVE with LA and cannot wait to go back! For my first day in LA I chose this look, to meet one of my favorite jewelry designers T from Upper Metal Class and to pay a visit to Shoedazzle’soffices (shoeheaven). I chose comfort with a touch of chic (after all I was a bit jetlagged), with these Zara pants, black top, and Loewe bag. No es que me haya olvidado de el blog ni nada menos, pero por fin me fui de vacaciones con mi marido rumbo a LA, donde empezamos un “mini road trip” hacia San Diego, Las Vegas y de vuelta a LA. Creciendo en Europa, y viendo peliculas como “Thelma y Louise” siempre me imagine que llegaria mi dia de road trip por California, con un coche vintage Americano, y en medio camino me esperaria un Brad Pitt “look alike”! Aunque no fue el mismo escenario (pero mejor), tuve la experiencia de irme de road trip con mi marido (mi version de un Brad Pitt Asiatico;)La primera parada fue en LA, en un hotel en West Hollywood, llamado Petit Ermitage, con las mejores vistas de los Hollywood Hills y una terraza de muerte! Lo habeis adivinado estoy enamoradisima con LA! Para mi primer dia escogi este look, que es una mezcla de chic y comfort, con estos pantalones de Zara, top negro, y mi bolso de Loewe. Y lista para conocer a una de mis disenadoras preferidas, T de Upper Metal Class, y a conocer al equipo deShoedazzle en sus oficinas de Santa Monica… Espero que os guste este look, pero os esperan mas looks de este viaje…;)
